Usually, surviving spouses, domestic partners, surviving children, and children of pre-deceased children; and, if dependent on the decedent, step-children, parents, or putative spouses; and minors who at the time of the decedents death resided for the previous 180 days in the decedents household and were dependent for one half or more of the minors support.
